Show the active BAR in Quick Quote

Display the BAR setting on the Quick Quote screen in RMS.

 

Overview

Quick Quote allows Users to search, quote and compare availability for multiple Properties, Categories and Rate Types.

Individual or Master Reservations can be quoted or created using a variety of options, including the Availability View and Mixed Rate Reservations (Rate Mixer).

Quick Quote can be setup with a default Rate Type or display the Active BAR on the Availability View when using Multi BAR.

Quotes generated on the Availability View will include the BAR column and display what the current active Best Available Rate is set to.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Reservations > Quick Quote.

  1. Select 'Options'.

  2. Select the checkbox 'Show Active Daily BAR in Availability View'.
  3. Select 'Save/Exit'.
