X Nights Discount can be used on Direct Rates to apply a discount at a set frequency on a reservation. 

Overview

The X Nights Discount feature is available on Rate Tables, and can be used to offer a free night after every set number of nights, supports 'Stay & Pay' promotions, or to apply a discount to the rate on a specific night within a stay.

The X Nights Discount feature is available only on Rate Tables configured with a Direct Rate Structure.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Charts > Rate Manager.

1. Select 'Rates'.
2. Select 'Rate Tables'.
   
    
3. Select an existing Rate Table.
4. Select 'Edit'.
   
    
5. Navigate to the 'X Nights Discount' tab.
6. Enter the Number of Nights.
7. Enter the Discount Percentage or Amount.
8. Enter the Additionals Discount Percentage or Amount.
   Select 'Don't Include Package on X Nights' (Optional).
9. Select 'Save/Exit'.
   

The above example would give a 100% discount on the Nightly Rate for the 7th night, and 100% discount on the Additionals rates for the 7th night.
