Steps to edit Owner Contracts to send to multiple email addresses from RMS.
Overview
Owner Profiles are a type of Guest Profile that can be used by Owner Accounting Properties to manage owner information.
Owners must have an Owner Profile created with banking information before adding an Owner Contract to an Owned Area.
Owner Contracts can be set to send to the Primary Email Only, Email 2 Only or Primary and Email 2.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Charts > Booking Chart.
- Select the hyperlinked Area Description.
- Select 'Contract'.
- Update the Owner Email selection.
- Select 'Save/Exit'.
