Owner Not Appearing in the Owner Statement List

A guide to configuring Owners to display in the Owner Statements list in RMS.

 

Overview

Owner Statements provide a detailed breakdown of the income and associated Expenses related to any Owner configured Areas within RMS.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Charts > Booking Chart.

  1. Select the hyperlinked Area Description.

  2. Select the 'Edit Area' button.

  3. Select the checkbox 'Print Statements'.
  4. Select 'Save/Exit'.
