Owner Statements provide a detailed breakdown of the income and associated expenses related to any Owned Areas within RMS.
Overview
Owner Income refers to the revenue owed to the owner for reservations made in their designated Owned Areas.
When generating Owner Statements in RMS, the following configuration options are available to tailor the output based on your reporting needs:
Show Nett Per Reservation and Amount Owing on Monies to Follow (MTF)
Show Summary for Period
Show Consolidated View
Email Statement if Owner has Email Address
Include Occupancy Totals
Download as Individual PDFs
Include Inactive Areas
Show All Owners
Show ‘Paid to Owner’ Date
Do Not Show Guest Names
Hide Travel Agent Fields
Show Pending for Monies to Follow and Forward Bookings
Hide Owner Bookings
Do Not Group End-of-Month (EOM) Expenses for Long-Term Bookings
Show Net per Reservation on Income Only
Show Summary Report Page
Show Tax on Owner Income
These options provide flexibility in how statements are presented and distributed, allowing you to meet both operational and compliance requirements.
Generate Statements
In the side menu of RMS, go to Reports > Owner Accounting > Owner Statement.
Choose whether to generate statements by Month or a custom Date Range.
Narrow results by selecting a specific Category, if applicable.
Select a Filtering Option (e.g., by Area or Owner).
Further refine the results by selecting specific Owners or Areas (optional).
Click More Options to reveal additional filtering and display settings (optional).
Check the boxes next to any Additional Filters you'd like to apply (optional).
Click Build to generate the Owner Statement report based on your selected criteria.
The label "Statement / Tax Invoice" may vary based on the property's regional or tax jurisdiction requirements.
