Information on configuring Tracking Categories for exporting to Xero Online when using the Financial Interface in RMS.
Overview
Xero Online is accounting software that can be connected to RMS for both Cash and Accrual Accounting properties.
The interface to Xero Online enables properties to map their General Ledger Account Codes to ledger movements and payments, and export this financial information directly into the accounting software from RMS.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Accounting > Financial Interface.
- Navigate to the 'Additional Interface Codes' tab.
- Enter Tracking Category 1 in Additional Interface 1.
- Enter Tracking Category 2 in Additional Interface 2.
- Select 'Save/Exit'.
Financial Exports to Xero made from RMS after these changes will include the Xero Tracking Categories setup against the relevant transactions.
