Overview

Tracking Categories in Xero allow properties to group transactions according to customised reporting preferences.

These Tracking Categories and sub-categories can be set up in RMS so they are included in the export file to Xero for all relevant transactions.

To use Xero Tracking Categories with RMS, complete the following setup steps:

• Set up Xero Tracking Categories and sub-categories in Xero.
• Set up T-Codes in RMS.
• Set up Tracking Categories in RMS.
