Send an email to all in-house guests in RMS.
Overview
Sending an email to all in-house guests can be used for non-urgent communication or informational updates that are not time sensitive.
Form Letters are customisable correspondence templates that can be printed or emailed to guests.
To send an email from a reservation, a Form Letter must first be created. Emails can only be sent using these pre-defined templates.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Reservations > In/Out Movements.
- Navigate to the 'In House Guest' view.
- Select the checkbox for All Reservations.
- Select 'Send Letter'.
- Select the Form Letter.
- Select 'Open'.
- Select 'Email All'.
