How to send a Form Letter with attachments in RMS.
Overview
Form Letters are customizable documents used for guest correspondence and can be sent via email.
When sending a Form Letter from the Reservation screen in RMS, you can include attachments such as health and safety information or itineraries.

Guide
Open the Reservation in RMS.
- Navigate to the 'Correspondence' tab.
- Select 'Send Out'.
- Select the Form Letter.
- Select 'Open'.
- Select 'Email'.
- Select 'Attachments'.
- Select 'Add'.
- Select the File Attachments.
- Select 'Save/Exit'.
- Select the Email Recipients.
- Select 'Email/Exit'.
