When no further information is being obtained from the guest on their arrival, a reservation can be Checked-in from the Booking Chart.

Overview
Recording the arrival and departure of guests at the Property using the Check-in/out feature provides an accurate recording of guest movements as well as compliance with any legal or safety requirements.
★ Tip: The 'Status' field must be displayed under Reservation Details in Field Maintenance to use this feature.

★ Tip: Users will not receive a prompt with an Upgrade Offer when selecting 'Check-in' on the Booking Chart.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Charts > Booking Chart.
- Locate the Reservation and Right-Click

Select 'Check-in Reservation'.

The Reservation will now be checked in, and the status will be 'Arrived'.
