Overview

The Booking Chart provides a visual representation of all reservations with an Area allocated at the selected property for the selected date range.

Reservations can be managed directly from the Booking Chart, including: Add Reservation, Edit Reservation, Check-in, Check-out, Horizontal Moves, Move Reservation, Housekeeping Status, Maintenance, Park Reservation, Pencil Reservation, and Split Reservation.

A Product Tour will display for users the first time they access the Booking Chart, guiding them through its features. The tour can be dismissed by selecting ‘Got it’ on the last page.

Closing the Product Tour before selecting ‘Got it’ will cause the tour to display again the next time the Booking Chart is opened in a new user session.

Customization 

Users can change the information displayed on the Booking Chart and save their preferences without changing them for other users.
