Overview
Add Ons are a specialized Category Class in RMS, used to manage extra bookable items that can be added to an existing Accommodation reservation. These may include items such as:
Car Parks
Rollaway Beds
Cots
Boats
Bicycles
While Add Ons are not accommodation units themselves, they play a crucial role in managing inventory and enhancing the guest experience.

Why Display Add Ons on the Booking Chart?
Displaying Add Ons on the Booking Chart allows users to:
View the availability of Add Ons at a glance
Reserve or allocate Add Ons directly alongside accommodation bookings
Improve operational efficiency and guest service

How It Works
Add Ons can only be added to reservations in an Accommodation Category.
When configured, Add Ons appear on the Booking Chart similar to accommodation units, providing a visual representation of availability.

Before You Begin
Ensure the following is completed:
Add Ons must be set up in RMS under the appropriate Category Class.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Charts > Booking Chart.
- Select the Category Class icon.
- Choose Add On.

When filtered, the Booking Chart will display only those categories designated as Add Ons.
