Move a reservation on the Booking Chart

Overview

Move reservations on the Booking Chart to maximise continuous availability in Areas or to quickly update a reservation without opening it.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Charts > Booking Chart.

  1. Navigate to the Date.
  2. Expand the Category.
  3. Left Click & Hold the Reservation.

  4. Move the Reservation Left or Right. 
                                    or 
    Move the Reservation Up or Down.
  5. Release the Mouse Button.

  6. Select the Rate Recalculation Option.
  7. Select 'Ok' to Confirm.
