Overview

This article outlines how to modify existing rate table values using the Rate Manager. This method allows you to update current rate configurations without affecting existing reservations, unless a reservation is later modified and the user chooses "Yes" when prompted to recalculate rates.

Updating the Rate Amount

1. Go to Charts > Rate Manager.
2. Expand the Category that contains the rate you want to update.
3. Select the Rate Type.

1. Highlight the Rate Lookup.
2. Choose the Edit icon.

1. Enter the New Rate Amounts.
   • The new pricing will be updated to any connected channels with this Rate Type mapped and will apply to any newly created reservations where this Rate Type is selected.
2. Click Save & Exit.
