The Booking Chart opens on a fixed date instead of today's date.

Overview

The Booking Chart is a visual representation of all reservations with an Area allocated.

By default, the Booking Chart opens to today's date for the first time in a User session.

Set Position will determine the date the Booking Chart will first open on each new login session for the user.

Exiting the Booking Chart and reopening will return the User to the last viewed date range in the current login session.

If "Set Position" has been selected, the Booking Chart will continually open to a specific date in the past or future, other than the current date. 

Seasonal properties can use Set Position to default the Booking Chart to open at the beginning of the next season.

Set Position

In the side menu of RMS, go to Charts > Booking Chart.

1. Click the Calendar icon and select the Start Date.
2. Select the Set Position icon.
   

The Booking Chart is now locked on this date and will always open to this date until it is released. 

Release to Today

To Release the Booking Chart back to Today's Date, 

3. Click on the Pink Set Position icon again so it is Black 
4. Click on the Refresh icon to get back to today's Date.  
   

The Booking Chart will now always open to Today's Date.
