Property Management

• NEW  Guaranteed Allotments for Agents and Groups

No more third-party reservations being affected by overbookings. This feature keeps your Group and Agent allocations safe and sound.

• NEW  User Warnings for Rate Changes

If a User edits a quote while Dynamic Pricing is active, they'll now be warned about potential discrepancies, protecting your pricing integrity and guest trust. 

• Improved Deposits

Say hello to deposit caps and smarter recalculations that make managing cash flow and rates easier than ever.  

• No-Show Fees

We’ve upgraded how fees are calculated - taking packages, taxes, and discounts into account to give you a fairer, more accurate No Show charge. 

• Streamlined Dwellings (Parks)

Park operators, rejoice! Staff can now only select Dwelling types that match an Area or Category, saving time and reducing booking errors.  

RMS Pay

• NEW  Tipping on RMS Pay Terminals

Unlock a new revenue stream. Guests can now leave tips directly via RMS Pay terminals—simple, seamless, and rewarding for your team. 

• Card Charging without CVV

Need to process a payment without a CVV? This RMS Pay update gives you the flexibility you’ve been asking for.

In April, we gave you an exciting first look at the new Booking Engine, and now we're expanding the 
roll-out.

We've just started rolling out our New Booking Engine to customers and it's been a huge success!

Please check out our Help Center resource for the rollout dates of features you use to know when your Property will be migrated over.

The New Booking Engine will be available to all customers later this year.

With the new RMS Booking Engine, you can:

• Drive more direct bookings through your website
• Improve sales conversions with fewer clicks
• Provide a seamless, mobile-optimised experience for guests

How can you start using the new RMS Booking Engine?

✅ If you've already been using the RMS Booking Engine - you don't have to do anything. When all the functionality you currently use is ready, we'll switch you over automatically.
