Information
No Show fees can be set up to apply to reservations when they are set to 'No Show' status.
No Show is a status that can be used to mark a reservation where the guest did not arrive or make contact with the Property to make alternate arrangements for their reservation.
If the No Show percentage is set as 100%, taxes and Packages will also be included in the total amount.
Changing a reservation to 'No Show' status will prompt the selected Sundry Charge to apply to the account as a No Show Fee.
