Track revenue performance for promo codes applied via the RMS Booking Engine

Overview

The Promo Code Report provides a detailed breakdown of revenue and revenue deductions associated with Rate Types or Discounts that have been used as Promotional Codes on the RMS Booking Engine.

⚠ Important: Only Rate Types or Discounts applied as Promotional Codes through the RMS Booking Engine will be included in this report.

How to Generate the Promo Code Report

Navigate to Reports > Online > Promo Code.

Select the desired Date Range for the report.
Choose a Reservation Filter.
(Optional) Choose a Property.
(Optional) Select a Category Grouping, if needed.
(Optional) Choose a specific Category.
Select the applicable Discount.
Choose the Promo Code Option.
Click Build to generate the report.

Report Filter Options

Reservation Filters:

Reservations Staying Between – Filters results based on the stay dates within the selected date range.
Reservations Created Between – Filters results based on the booking creation date within the selected date range.

Promo Code Filters:

Discounts as a Promo Code – Includes reservations where a discount was applied using a promo code.
Rate Types as a Promo Code – Includes reservations where a rate type was selected using a promo code.
