How to setup a Scheduled Report.
Overview
Scheduled Reports allow Users to automate report delivery based on predefined settings.
Users can:
Select report build options,
Set a delivery frequency, and
Choose specific Users or Security Profiles to receive the report.
Each Scheduled Report is delivered as an individual email to the selected recipients. The email subject line will be the Schedule Name for easy identification.
A Scheduled Report will be set inactive if the Scheduler notification is not actioned within 7 days.
Key Features
Enterprise Access
Enterprise Users can schedule reports for any combination of properties available to them via their Security Profile.Multiple Environments
If a property exists in multiple RMS environments, reports will be sent from the environment with the most recent software version (e.g., Beta).-
Flexible Date Options
Selecting a specific date from the calendar will always generate the report for that fixed date.
Using a preset Date Range button creates a rolling schedule (e.g., last 7 days), adjusting dynamically over time.
Data Availability
Reports will be sent even if there is no data for the selected build options.Adding New Categories
If new report Categories are introduced after a schedule is created, they can be added manually. Updating the Date Option to a rolling range ensures the report stays current.
