Overview

Show Rate When Creating a Reservation is an option available on the Booking Chart to display the Nightly Rate Amount when drawing a Reservation.

The Rate Amount will be displayed in the date cells of the Booking Chart when drawing a Reservation with the Total Rate displayed in the right-click menu.

Users can make the selection on the Booking Chart from a dropdown, once the option has been activated.

Setup

Go to Charts > Booking Chart.

1. Select Options.
2. Select the toggle Show Rate when creating a reservation.
3. Select Save/Exit.
   
    
4. Log out of RMS to allow the database to update.
   
    
5. Log in to RMS
6. Select the required Rate Type from the dropdown.
   

Use

The Rate Amount will be displayed in the date cells of the Booking Chart when drawing a Reservation with the Total Rate displayed in the right-click menu.
