Overview
Interactive Form Letters are a type of Form Letter that includes interactive features, making it easy to create forms or contracts that can be sent, completed, signed, and returned through the Guest Portal.
The Interactive Form Letters work in a similar way to DocuSign and also support multiple signatories. While RMS previously had an interface with DocuSign, this has now been replaced by the RMS Interactive Form Letter feature, and the DocuSign interface is no longer active.
