Overview
Groupings simplify reporting on multiple related items by a pre-allocated Group Heading.
Groupings provide the ability to bundle similar items together for reporting purposes.
Category Groupings can also be setup to use on certain reports in RMS.

Grouping Setup
Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Grouping.
- Select Add.
- Select the Grouping Type Category.
- Enter the Grouping Description.
Click Add to enter the maximum number of Dwellings (Optional). - Select Save/Exit.
Assign the Grouping
Go to Setup > Category\Area.
- Select Edit on an existing Category.
- Navigate to the Extra Details tab.
- Select the Grouping.
- Select Save\Exit.
