Create an asset grouping

Overview

Groupings simplify reporting on multiple related items by a pre-allocated Group Heading.

Groupings provide the ability to bundle similar items together for reporting purposes.

Grouping Setup

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Grouping.

  2. Select the Grouping Type Asset.
  3. Enter the Grouping Description.
  4. Select 'Save/Exit'.

Assign the Grouping

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Asset > Assets.

  1. Select Edit on an existing Asset.

  2. Select the Grouping.

  3. Select 'Save\Exit'.
