Details on how to use the Housekeepers Productivity Report in RMS, including the data shown.
Overview
The Housekeepers Productivity Report provides a summary of Housekeeping Tasks allocated and completed for a selected date, showing completion times and variances against allotted times. It is available in two formats: Summary (totals per Housekeeper) and Detailed (one row per task).
Use Cases
- Daily performance review - The housekeeping supervisor runs the Detailed report at the end of the day to compare each completed task's Time Taken against its Allotted Time.
- Rostering decisions - Use the Summary format over several days to see each housekeeper's workload and average productivity when planning rosters.
- Investigating delays - Check the Pause Reason column to understand why a task ran over its allotted time before raising it with the team.
How to Access
In the side menu of RMS, go to Reports > Daily > Housekeepers Productivity.

- Select the Date.

The following concepts govern the data shown in this report.
Housekeeping Task timing
The timing columns all come from the Housekeeping Task record: Time Started and Time Completed are captured as the housekeeper works the task, Time Taken is the difference between them, and Variance compares the Time Taken against the task's Allotted Time. A task that finishes inside its allotted time produces a favourable variance; the Pause Reason column records any interruption logged against the task.
