Daily Movements Cleaning Report

The Daily Movements Cleaning Report is an interactive Housekeeping report that lists all Areas with cleaning activity for a selected date, including Status, allocated Cleaner, departing reservations and any Requirements that need to be added or removed.

 

Information

The Daily Movements Cleaning Report is run on a single date and returns one row per Area, focused on the day's cleaning movements. It is generated by Properties that need a daily cleaning sheet showing departures, current Status and any in/out Requirements per Area.

The report includes the following options:

Report Option Description
Date Single date the cleaning movements are listed for.
Category Filter the report to one or more Categories. Defaults to All Selected.
Group By Choose how rows are grouped on the report. Options: No Grouping, Group Heading, Category, Status.
Sort By Choose the row sort order within each group. Options: Area, Status.
Group Heading Filter the report to one or more Group Headings (for example, Accessible). Defaults to None Selected.
Include Owner Occupied Status Includes Areas that are Owner Occupied on the selected date.
Group By Property For Enterprise databases, groups results by individual Property before applying the selected Group By.
Do not Include Vaccant Dirty Excludes Areas with a Vacant Dirty Status from the report.
★ Tip: Select Add Report to Favourites Menu to add the report to the user's Favourites list.

Guide

Go to Reports > Daily > Movements Cleaning.

  1. Select the Date.
  2. Select the Category.
  3. Select the Group By.
  4. Select the Sort By.
  5. Select the Group Heading (Optional).

  7. Select More Options to set additional Build options as needed (Optional).

  8. Select Build.

The Daily Movements Cleaning Report will list each Area with its Category, current Status, allocated Cleaner, departing Guest Name, People count, Depart date, Requirement Out, Requirement In and any Notes.

★ Tip: Select Schedule on the Report Options panel to set the report up as a recurring scheduled email.
