Connecting HRS Australasia to RMS
To connect HRS Australasia as a channel in RMS, follow the general Channel Connection process. This involves activating the channel in the RMS Channel Manager, mapping your properties, categories, and rate types, and then enabling the connection.

Important Warnings
Each Rate Plan (Government.Travel and LEADS) must have its own RMS rate plan mapped. Both rate plans feed to HRS as GROSS and attract a 13% Commission
Government.Travel and LEADS should have the same 13% mark-up and be higher than your contracted rate to avoid contracted customers booking at the lower dynamic commissionable rate instead of the static contracted rate.
You can setup both Government.Travel and LEADS using the derived rate setup. This allows you to mark-up with adjustment of 13% in the Derived rate adjustment setup.
