LeisureCom: Channel Information

This article describes the LeisureCom channel connection in RMS, including the data exchanged between LeisureCom and RMS.

 

Overview

LeisureCom is an online booking channel that can be connected to RMS via the Channel Manager. Once connected, LeisureCom and RMS exchange availability, rate, restriction, and reservation data automatically.

This article outlines which data is sent and received between LeisureCom and RMS, and provides a reference for the supported and unsupported functions of the integration.

Key Points

  • LeisureCom supports single reservations, group reservations, and cancellations, but does not support reservation modifications.
  • Email confirmations for bookings made through LeisureCom are sent by LeisureCom, not by RMS.
  • Live availability is limited to 365 Days.
⚠ Important: LeisureCom does not support reservation modifications. If a guest needs to change their booking (for example, dates, room type, or guest count), the modification must be made manually in RMS. The original LeisureCom reservation should be updated directly on the reservation in RMS.

 

Connecting LeisureCom to RMS

To connect LeisureCom as a channel in RMS, follow the general Channel Connection process. This involves activating the channel in the RMS Channel Manager, mapping your properties, categories, and rate types, and then enabling the connection.
