- Mr & Mrs Smith supports single reservations and group reservations, but does not support reservation modifications.
- Email confirmations for bookings made through Mr & Mrs Smith are sent by Mr & Mrs Smith, not by RMS.
Important! Mr & Mrs Smith does not support reservation modifications. If a guest needs to change their booking (for example, dates, room type, or guest count), the modification must be made manually in RMS. The original Mr & Mrs Smith reservation should be updated directly on the reservation in RMS.
