Revato: Channel Information

This article describes the Revato channel connection in RMS, including the data exchanged between Revato and RMS.

 

Overview

Revato is an online booking channel that can be connected to RMS via the Channel Manager. Once connected, Revato and RMS exchange availability, rate, restriction, and reservation data automatically.

This article outlines which data is sent and received between Revato and RMS, and provides a reference for the supported and unsupported functions of the integration.

Key Points

  • Revato supports single reservations, group reservations, cancellations, but does not support reservation modifications.
  • Email confirmations for bookings made through Revato are sent by Revato, not by RMS.
  • Live availability is limited to 365 Days.
⚠ Important: Revato does not support reservation modifications. If a guest needs to change their booking (for example, dates, room type, or guest count), the modification must be made manually in RMS. The original Revato reservation should be updated directly on the reservation in RMS.

 

Connecting Revato to RMS

To connect Revato as a channel in RMS, follow the general Channel Connection process. This involves activating the channel in the RMS Channel Manager, mapping your properties, categories, and rate types, and then enabling the connection.
