Rate Amount & Occupancy
The Rate Amount sent to Temairazu reflects the Total Rate for the configured occupancy, which is determined by the Person Base and Additionals Rates set up on the mapped Rate Type in RMS.

Guest Name Mapping (Surname)
Temairazu sends the guest’s full name in a single field. RMS maps this full name into the ‘Surname’ field on the Reservation, and leaves the ‘Given’ (First Name) field blank unless additional name information is provided separately.Properties that require separate first and last names may update the Given field manually in RMS after the reservation is received.
