How to set the BAR at a Property level.

Overview

Setting the active BAR at the property level will use the rate amounts set as the Best Available Rate on all selected days and dates for all Categories.

Use the 'Override Category' option to change to property level active BAR for any previously set against a Category.

Use the 'Available For' days of the week to quickly set different Price Points for specific days of the week across a large date range.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Charts > Rate Manager.

1. Select a Date Cell in the BAR Row.
2. Select 'Set BAR'.
   
    
3. Select the Date Range.
4. Select the Rate Type.
   Select the checkbox 'Override Category' (Optional).
5. Select the Available For.

6. Select 'Apply/Exit'.
   Repeat all step for all required price points.
