How to use and set up Requirement Templates in RMS.
Overview
A Requirement is an additional item or service for the guest, with the option to apply a fee via a Sundry Charge.
Use Requirement Templates when multiple items are included, so Users can apply all relevant requirements at once instead of adding each one manually.
Requirements can be selected directly on a Reservation or associated with a Company, Guest, Reservation, Travel Agent, or Group, allowing it to be automatically added to the Reservation when the entity is chosen.
Requirements can be viewed and managed in the 'Requirement/Trace' section of the Reservation, as well as on the To-Do Chart.
✎ Please Note: Requirement Templates linked to a Guest, Reservation, Travel Agent, or Group are applied whenever the entity is selected, including on existing reservations. Templates linked to a Company are applied only when a new Reservation is created with the Company attached; they are not added automatically when a Company is added to an existing Reservation.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Accounting > Requirement Templates.
- Select 'Add'.
- Enter a Template Name.
- Select 'Add'.
- Select the Requirements to be included in the template.
- Select 'Save\Exit'.
Navigate to the Property tab if needing to associate the template with specific Properties (Optional).
- Select 'Save\Exit'.
