Create a Franchise Group User

Steps to create a User assigned to a Franchise Group in RMS.

 

Overview

Security Profiles can only be assigned for Properties included in the assigned Franchise Group.

Any Guests, Reservations, Companies, Travel Agents, Wholesalers or Rate Types this User creates in RMS will automatically be allocated to their associated Franchise Group.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Users > User Information.

  1. Select 'Add'.
  2. Enter the Username.
  3. Enter the Password.
  4. Enter the Given and Surname
  5. Enter the Mobile and Email..
  6. Select the Franchise Group Name.
  7. Select 'Save'.

  8. Navigate to the 'Profiles' tab.
  9. Select 'Add'.

  10. Select a Security Profile.
  11. Select the Properties from the Franchise Group.
  12. Select 'Save/Exit'.

  13. Select Save/Exit.
