Enable Enterprise Access to a Company

A guide to enable access to a Company on an Enterprise level in RMS.

 

Overview

This option is only available to Enterprise Users in the Enterprise Database. 

Individual Franchise Group Users will not have the option to enable enterprise access to a Company.

Once activated, the Company will be available to all Properties within the enterprise database.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Company.

  1. Select Edit on an existing Company.

  2. Navigate to the Company Details tab.
  3. Select the checkbox Available to Franchise's.
  4. Select Save/Exit.
