A guide to enable access to a Travel Agent on an Enterprise level in RMS.
Overview
This option is only available to Enterprise Users in the Enterprise Database.
Individual Franchise Group Users will not have the option to enable enterprise access to a Travel Agent.
Once activated, the Travel Agent will be available to all Properties within the enterprise database.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Travel Agent.
- Select Edit on an existing Travel Agent.
- Navigate to the Travel Agent tab.
- Select the checkbox Available to Franchise's.
- Select Save/Exit.
