How to activate the Top 10 Membership Interface.
Overview
The Top 10 Membership Interface is available exclusively to Top 10 Parks to manage Top 10 Parks Members in RMS.
The Property must be connected with Top 10, prior to attempting the below outlined setup in RMS.
A Top 10 Membership Sundry Charge must be setup in RMS, to allow members to join or renew their Membership.
The 'Membership Number' field must be enabled in Field Maintenance to use the Membership Lookup.
If a reservation in RMS is updated to Cancelled and has a Top 10 membership number linked, the cancellation date will be sent from RMS to Top 10.
★ Tip: Please contact RMS Support to activate the option for Top 10 Membership connection, prior to completing the steps below.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > General Information.
- Navigate to the 'Membership' tab.
- Select 'Use Top Ten'.
- Select the Park name.
- Select the Sundry for Top 10 Memberships.
- Select 'Save/Exit'.
