Setup automatic charging of Top 10 membership fees in RMS.
Overview
The Top 10 Membership Interface is available exclusively to Top 10 Parks to manage Top 10 Parks Members in RMS.
The Property must be connected with Top 10, prior to attempting the below outlined setup in RMS.
A Top 10 Membership Sundry Charge must be setup in RMS, to allow members to join or renew their Membership.
The 'Membership Number' field must be enabled in Field Maintenance to use the Membership Lookup.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Accounting > Sundry.
- Select 'Add'.
- Enter the Description as 'Top 10 Club Card'.
- Select a GL Account Code.
- Choose the GST Type.
- Select 'Save/Exit'.
★ Tip: Sundry Charge Unit Price must be left set to 0.00000 to work with automated charging.
