City Master lookup table

Overview

City Master is a flexible Lookup Table that can be used to create location associations on a Company, Guest, Travel Agent, Wholesaler, and Franchise Groups.

Enterprise customers completing Franchise setup will need to setup a list of City Masters to associate with the Franchise Groups.

Please Note! Some Users may not see or have access to the functions mentioned in this article. CLICK HERE to find out more.

 

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Lookup Tables > City Master.

  1. Select 'Add'.

  2. Enter a Description.
  3. Enter a Short Description.
    Enter a Code (Optional).
  4. Select Save/Exit.
