Adding a new property to your RMS database is managed by RMS Support and cannot be done by clients.

Overview
New properties cannot be added to an RMS database by clients. This applies to both standalone databases and Enterprise (multi-property) databases. Property creation is handled by RMS so that licensing, billing, time zone, and database configuration are set up correctly.
To have a new property added, log a request with RMS Support.

How to Request a New Property
- Go to the RMS Support request form.
- In the Subject, enter "Request to add a new property".
- In the Description, provide the property details listed in the next section.
- Submit the request.

Information to Provide
Include the following details so RMS Support can configure the property correctly:
- RMS Client ID
- Property Name
- Country
- Time Zone
- Address (Street, Suburb/City, State or Region, Postcode)

✎ Please Note: RMS Support will confirm once the new property has been created and provide access details. Allow time for the request to be processed.
