Owner Income Tax

Overview

Owner Income Tax is only applicable to Trust Accounting properties.

Taxes setup as Owner Income will be paid to the Owner of the Area.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Accounting > Taxes.

  1. Select 'Edit' on an existing Tax.

  2. Select the checkbox 'Owner Income'.
  3. Select 'Save/Exit'.
