Assign a Market Segment to a Travel Agent

Overview

Market Segment is a Lookup Table that can be used to record and report on revenue sources by market on a reservation.

Lookup Tables are User created lists that can be used to record and report on additional information for reservations.

A Market Segment can be assigned to a Company, Travel Agent, Rate Type, Discount, or Online Channel Connection.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Travel Agent.

  1. Select 'Edit' on an existing Travel Agent.

  2. Select the 'Marketing\Extras' tab.
  3. Select a Market Segment.
    Select a Sub Market Segment (Optional).
  4. Select 'Save/Exit'.
