In-house Interactive Maps allow users to view real-time availability and create new reservations directly from a visual map of the Property.
Overview
New reservations can be created directly from the Interactive Map, and existing reservations can also be viewed or edited.
The 'Booked' Colour View visually highlights Areas on the map using the configured Colour Overlay, making it easy to distinguish between available, reserved, and filtered Areas based on selected Attributes.

⚠ Important: Inhouse Interactive Maps are only available for use in‑house and are not reflected online.
Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Charts > Interactive Map.
- Select a Property.
- Select a Map.
- Select the Reservation Dates.
- Click on an Available Area.
- Select Add Reservation.
- Enter the Guest Details.
- Select a Rate Type.
Enter any Additional Reservation Details (Optional). - Select 'Save/Exit'.
★ Tip: Reservations created through the Interactive Map will automatically default to a Fixed Reservation.
