Correspondence Attachments

Downloading attachments saved on the Correspondence tab in RMS.

 

Steps Required

  1. Open the Reservation in RMS.
  2. Navigate to the 'Correspondence' tab.
  3. Select the Correspondence with Attachment and choose 'View'.
  4. Select 'Open Attachment'.
  5. Download the File to open the attachment.

Open the Reservation in RMS.

Navigate to the 'Correspondence' tab.

Select the Correspondence with Attachment and choose 'View'.

Select 'Open Attachment'.

Download the File to open the attachment.
