How to record Received In documents for Reservations, Guest Profiles, Travel Agents. Wholesalers and Companies.
Overview
Attachments - including emails, documents, or images - can be added to the Correspondence tab, enabling Users to securely store and reference any files provided by the Guest.
The “Received In” functionality is available within Reservations, Guest Profiles, Travel Agents. Wholesalers and Companies.
★ Tip: To view saved attachments, double-click the 'Received In' record, then click the paperclip icon labelled 'View Attachment'.

Example Guide
The “Received In” functionality is available within Reservations, Guest Profiles, Travel Agents. Wholesalers and Companies.
Open the Reservation in RMS.
- Click on Guest No.
- Navigate to the 'Correspondence' tab.
- Select the 'Options' icon.
- Select 'Received (In)'.
- Select the Date & Time.
- Select an Activity.
- Enter a Note.
Add an Attachment (Optional). - Select 'Save/Exit'.
