How to enable a Paid To Date to display for a selected Repeat Charge.
Overview
A Repeat Charge is a type of Sundry Charge that can be configured to apply to a reservation account on a recurring basis, using a set value and frequency.
Users can enable the Paid To Date field on the Repeat Charge, to show the date up to which payments have been made.
★ Hint: Only one active Repeat Charge per reservation account can be enabled to have the Paid To Date display.

Guide
Open the Reservation in RMS.
- Select the Accommodation Account.
- Select 'Charges'.
- Select 'Repeat Charge'.
- Select 'Add' (select Edit instead, if there is an existing Repeat Charge to show the Paid To Date for).
- Select the Sundry Charge.
- Enter the Frequency.
- Enter the Amount.
- Select 'Show Paid To Date'.
- Select 'Save/Exit'.
