Cancel a Repeat Reservation

Overview

Repeat reservations are a set of linked recurring reservations created at a predetermined frequency.

The Repeat Reservation utility enables creating a set of recurring reservations without an existing reservation.

Repeat Reservations will each have a unique Reservation Number and can be viewed or managed on the Repeat icon 'Repeat' tab of any reservation within the sequence of repeats.

Changes made to a reservation after the initial save of Repeat Reservations will only apply the changes to the individual reservation.

Guide

Open the Reservation in RMS.

  1. Navigate to the Repeat tab.
  2. Select the checkbox for Repeat Reservations.
  3. Click Update Status.

  4. Select Cancel Selected.
