Overview

The Booking Chart in RMS provides a visual overview of all reservations with an allocated Area at the selected property for the chosen date range.

You can navigate through the calendar by scrolling forward or backwards, selecting a specific date, or jumping directly to a designated Special Event.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Charts > Booking Chart.

• Arrows

Use the forward and back arrows next to the current date range to quickly scroll to nearby dates.

 

• Calendar

To navigate to a specific date, click the calendar icon and select your desired date from the picker.

• Today

You can return to the current date at any time by clicking the ‘Today’ button.

• Special Events

To navigate to a special event, simply select it from the Special Events menu.
