Setup Ticket Types for Tours in RMS.

Overview

Tickets enable setting the admission type or number and type of guests included at each price point for a tour when using the Tour Desk module in RMS.

The number of adults, children, and infants included is set on the ticket type, with pricing for each ticket set on the tour.   

This flexibility enables sharing tickets between multiple tours whilst still setting pricing for each tour, activity, event, or experience on offer.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Tour Desk > Tickets.

1. Select 'Add'.
   
    
2. Enter a Ticket Description.
3. Enter the number of Adults, Children and Infants included on the ticket.
4. Select 'Save/Exit'.
   

This Ticket Type will now be available for selection when setting the pricing on a Tour in RMS.
