Overview
Owner Profiles are a specific type of Guest Profile used by Owner Accounting Properties to manage owner-related information in RMS.
✎ Please note - : Only the Email and Email2 fields are applicable for Owner Profiles.

Configuration
- Go to Reservations > Guest Search.
- Set the Guest Type to Owner.
- Select the Search Option.
- Enter the Search Criteria.
- Click Search.
- From the results, Edit the Owner Profile you wish to update.
- Enter the secondary email address in the Email 2 field.
- Click Save & Exit to apply the changes.
★ Tip: If Email 2 is not visible in the Owner Profile, you can enable it by marking it as a visible field in the Field Maintenance section.
