Information on configuring Self Check-out via the RMS Guest Portal.
Overview
Use Self Check-out to allow guests to update their reservation on their departure using the Guest Portal and eliminate the need to visit the front desk.
A Payment Gateway configured in RMS is required to enable guests to pay for their reservation via the Guest Portal.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal.
- Navigate to the Check-out tab.
- Select the checkbox Allow Guest to Check-out.
Provide the email address where check out confirmations should be sent e.g Front Desk, Duty Manager (Optional). - Enter the Check-out Disclaimer.
- Select Save.
